What we collect

When you enquire about a property, request an appraisal or join our alert list, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you provide. We do not collect sensitive information through this website.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to send you details of properties matching a brief you asked us to keep, and to meet our obligations under NSW property and tenancy law. We do not sell personal information.

Who it is shared with

Only where necessary to act on your instructions — for example a vendor when you make an offer, or a service provider engaged to deliver a campaign. Those parties are bound to use the information solely for that purpose.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are stored in our customer records and retained for as long as required by law or for as long as you remain a client, whichever is longer.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask to be removed from our alert list at any time.
